The short version: we sell a structured business diagnostic and honest advice built on it. Pay for what you use, own your own data, and don't abuse the system.
1. What Dynasty Engine is
Dynasty Engine, operated by MYJ Industries, provides a structured business self-assessment, a scored report, an optional membership (Dynasty Insider), and optional advisory sessions (Dynasty Advisory). The Dynasty Score is calculated by fixed, deterministic rules from your answers. It is a self-assessment tool. It is not an audit, a financial statement review, or professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
An account is created when you purchase a report or register directly. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you assess.
3. Purchases and what they include
The Dynasty Report ($9.99) is a one-time purchase covering one assessment and one report. Dynasty Insider ($1.99/month) is a recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled; it includes quarterly reassessments, score history, and member resources. Dynasty Advisory ($495) is a one-time purchase that includes a Dynasty Report, a 90-minute session, an updated roadmap, and a 30-day follow-up. All payments are processed by Stripe. Access to paid features requires a verified payment.
Cancel any time from Billing & plan in your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your score history is retained so it is intact if you return. See the Refund Policy for money-back terms.
Do not submit assessments for businesses you are not authorized to represent, resell or redistribute reports as your own work, scrape or reverse-engineer the scoring system, abuse the referral program (self-referrals and synthetic purchases are void), or post unlawful, harassing, or promotional spam content in the community. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Your content and our methodology
Your assessment answers, business details, and community posts remain yours. You grant us the license needed to operate the service: generating your reports, showing your posts to other members, and producing the aggregated statistics described in the Privacy Policy. The Dynasty Engine methodology, scoring model, templates, and reports' structure are our intellectual property. Your individual report is yours to use, share, and print for your business.
7. Honest limits and no guarantees
Reports are built from self-reported answers and industry-informed priorities, not statistical benchmarks or audited data. AI writes report narratives from our methodology library; it never determines scores. Recommendations are general business guidance. Outcomes depend on your execution and your market; we do not guarantee revenue, growth, or specific results.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and continued use after that is acceptance. Questions: legal@dynastyengine.com. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
